Our experience started out troublesome due to scheduling issues. They deliver late despite confirming with you that they would make the original commitment. We finally got on the same page and our moving team showed up we got great service after that. I was told of reimbursement and holding for the company to contact me about that.
Both crews (pickup and delivery) that worked my family's move were prompt, courteous, professional, and careful with our belongings. The crew leaders did a good job of setting my expectations. The office staff did a good job at preparing me for what I needed to do and keeping me informed on pickup and delivery dates. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines for your interstate move. They moved my family from Virginia Beach to Wimauma, Florida and the entire process was smooth and exactly as they told me prior to signing the contract. There were no surprises and my household goods were handled with care. I found them to be a straight forward no nonsense company that has a family feel to it. I would use them again without hesitation.

Agility Van Lines is professional, efficient, and affordable. Moving an antique bedroom set from MA to NC was easy with this great company. John answered all my questions, and met all my needs. The ***** men who arrived to move the pieces - headed up by Daniel - dismantled it and set it up again at the destination. They were careful, efficient, polite, and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire Agility for another move. Thanks !
Great service. Arrived when said they would and were very professional and courteous. Would recommend them. Alex and his crew were amazing. Very satisfied.
Very poor customer service. They deliver late despite confirming with you that they would make their window. They called Tuesday to say they'd DEFINITELY be delivering on Friday (the end of the window but still in their window). They then called back saying it would not be there until the following week. They thought $250 was fair compensation for my inconvenience, a mere 2.5% of my total bill. This was a complete joke. I received very great service from Agility Van Lines. The crew (John, Denice, Shane, Alex and his team) did an excellent job getting us moved from DE to PA with no issues. Any issues we had they were able to resolve them fast and took great care of us. Would recommend them to my friends and family.
We planned to make a move from NC to Indiana on a very tight delivery schedule and needed our household moved in one box truck. John worked diligently to make sure I gave him as accurate an inventory as possible in order to insure it would all fit in one load.
