Would give 0 stars if I was able to, extremely disappointed in this company. I had a crash nearly 3 years ago and I am no where closer to resolving anything. Everytime I call up requesting an update I’m either left on hold for 2 hours or told it’s just another wait and I get no update unless I phone myself. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time with them
Cowboy company experts in cheaping out on repairs if I could give no stars I would, refusal to repair for third party damages caused by car incident and passes the blame for the decision around the company from call handlers to engineers to even the garage which I find amusing. No option to take the case further other than a complaint, which makes me want to make the case legal as third party damage should be covered by the insurer of the at fault party, in which they’ve repaired the paint but not the alloys to save their of... read more
