Didn't give me what I asked for or showed them. I said I don't want orange hair, or the over growing roots look, yet it is, she said its just the lighting, nothing like the pic I showed her, over priced, contacted manager and she gave me cheek, i sent her photos of what i asked for and what i got, then said I would need to come in and get it darker then text me and said I need another patch test, then didn't get back to me, terrible way yo treat customers!
