We drove 35 min because they are a pediatric office. We have a 5 year old. We waited an hour..I get they were busy. Not a kind person in the whole place. Awful experience. Dr Baldwin wanted to tell me all about her career, but didn't want to hear anything about my child. She actually said...ignore my daughter when she says she has pain. She's crying & pleading with us. Dr says it nothing. Wow. Thanks for the help. Felt like being rushed In, Bill $$, & out the door. NEVER again.

I will NEVER take my children there again. I have already written my comment on the page. Understaffed...rude from the minute I walked in. I never even got to speak. My crying son with a broken finger..a clipboard slid across to me "Sign in, its a 2 hour wait"--disgusting service..I will make sure that Dr Lee Edelstein knows about this
Always awesome service! The staff is great and rather go there then the regular Pediatric office!
Very very nice receptionist, gayle I think. very nice dr, baldwin, I think. Mrs get your temp, med assistant lizzy was a lil bit less pleasant...but still pretty nice. but overall a great place to go!
I had a very bad experience here last night my daughter is 8 years old came in with a fever and her throat hurting they couldn't get the blood pressure machine to work both of them then when I got to the back they had to check her for flu and strep throat they had to hold her down to do these test a male nurse held her and two female nurses were in the room also and the male nurse told her if you move I will throw you on the floor and get it anyways how professional is that you work with children everyday maybe this is not t... read more

Had a terrific experience here this week. It was late, there was a wait... And I had a sick kid. The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating- the place was clean... And they called the next day to check in. 5 stars!
Insensitive staff! I do not recommend this place for emergencies.
