After hours was able to get my daughters breathing under control and diagnose the problem very quickly and efficiently. The staff and doctors are amazing and so sweet with the kids.
Visiting Florida from out of state, needed to take my 19 month old son here with cold/flu symptoms. All of the staff including nurses and Dr. Berger were welcoming, kind, professional and provided exemplary care to my son. Extremely happy with the expertise and care here, I wish had some experience at home. An excellent facility to take your child, even a wait here is worth it over sitting in the ER for hours on end with sporadic care. never come to this place because you get tired of waiting and even if your son has a fever and obviously has to do a monitoring they will not do it but you are your father that you will have to ask for the medicine for your child

I have 3 boys...I have been here several times and we’ve had nothing but considerate, genuine professional care for our little ones. Stitches, staples, fevers, you name it. Awesome staff...I waited an hour before they opened instead of heading into another ER right next door. This is THE BEST place for kids. ���
Dr. Berger and nurses are amazing! The entire staff were nice and professional. Dr. Berger seen my kids in a timely manner. Dr. Berger and nurses both took the time to explain care instructions and all were super sweet with my daughter and son.
Dr. Berger and nurse Dena are amazing! At check in I explained I couldn’t remove my daughter’s earring that was pressing into her ear lobe. Dena came into the waiting area for a quick peek and reassured me my daughter would be fine. I was called back immediately. The entire staff were nice and professional. Dr. Berger removed the earring. Dr. Berger and Dena both took the time to explain care instructions and both were super sweet with my daughter.
This place is terrible and should not be allowed to see or treat patients. I have been here twice in the last 6 months and seen two different doctors. Both times they collected my $100 copay and unnecessary sent my child to the Pediatric ER. And this doesn’t even begin to describe my other issues with this place.
Had a wonderful experience here. We were and and out in under an hour. The Doctor we saw was excellent with my daughter . We left with a primary plan, secondary plan, and a final plan if necessary for our convenience so we didn't have to return if something did not work. Everyone was very nice and they really educated us on everything that was going on. Thank you!
