My husband brought our 1yr old in because he suffered a bad laceration on his ear and was addressed rudely and told "they don't do lacerations" then told him to go to st marys on 441 and southern, which doesn't exist there. Shame on you for turning away an injured 1yr old. Shame on you for making us go 30min further to Palms West to have him looked at since they are the next pediatric unit that is close. I went to pediatric after hours after I went to an urgent care place and closed the door on me. Tonight could not have been the perfect night. I have an 18mo and all I can say is the staff was AMAZING with my little one. I have been there with my son as well and they never disappoint me.
Did you really just make me wait 20 minutes in your empty lobby to tell me the doctor isn't looking at cuts today! What a bunch of crap
Its crowded and everyone is sick, but last night the staff was so nice to my little girl. They tried to get us back as fast as possible. I know they were EXTREMELY busy, but they all were still very sweet and helpful.
