Wow, the entire staff and Dr. Berger were wonderful tonight! Elizabeth managed to embed her earring into her ear. Dr. Berger got the earring out and gave us great instructions to follow. The staff were cheering for Elizabeth’s bravery. Thanks so much!
Our entire experience was great! The lady at the front desk was very sweet. The nurses were kind and efficient and the Dr was the best. I will not hesitate to return.
Excellent service! Dana (the nurse) made our urgent care visit very pleasant and our son just wanted to keep talking to him and she took the time to talk to him too which is not very common! You exceeded our expectations and Dana really knows what customer service means!! THANK YOU!
I have been taking my son here since he was a baby, he is now 10. We took him there last night. Best staff always friendly great care. We LOVE Lizzie!!! Thank you all!! Great job!!
Overall we received great care! 4 stars instead of 5 because the lady at the front was kind of rude and standoffish. My family was down for a quick 4 day vacation from NY. My 3 year old and 9 month old did not feel well at all! Brought them and had both seen in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks to the nurses and doctor who helped us! Especially those who had to help hold my 3 year old down when it came time to give him medicine
