After a long break from working out after having a baby, AFS has provided a great challenge. Enjoyable workouts and thorough coaching. Would recommend 👍
Afs CrossFit is incredible it has helped me massively I can't thank everyone there enough. Also big shout out to Charlie who is the best chef/baker going his cakes are insane!!!
