This is the second time we have done a major homework with Ben, Emma and team. First time was our loft, this time a ground floor renovation and extension. Once again, we are very happy with the work. We find Ben and Emma very easy to communicate with, the work is done to a high standard. We lived at the house through most of the works, and the team were very patient working around us. Ben was always quick to respond to questions I had about the build and resolve any issues. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Finding trustworthy reputable tradesmen has been challenging up until I came across affordable lofts! From the beginning Emma was super helpful and answered any queries we had in a timely manner! Which made them stand out as others just weren’t replying or if they did it would be a week later! Ben and team did a fantastic job on our roof! The work is of a very high standard and since they have finished I keep noticing new things where the attention to detail is second to none! Affordable lofts are an outstanding building company. From the very first emails exchanged with Emma and first meeting with Ben, their level of organisation, communication and professionalism made them stand out from other building companies and that level was sustained throughout my loft conversion which was delivered on time and within budget.
