I've been out of the mortgage/lending business for almost 8 years. I was asked to come out of retirement and go to work for a mortgage company. Many, many things had changed. And I had to be licensed. I bought 2 study guides they weren't bad but not good either. My boss ordered me Artricias on line course Tuesday I watched her videos, read her guides and STUDIED her info and passed today. My first try with a very good score. I came across one of artricia vedios on youtube and found it so help full..i looked for groups for nmls study and artricia's group was the only one ..then i attended her exam prep section and passed my exam from the first time even tho i am new in this industry ..
I passed my test with an 85% .. Thank you Artrisha Woods could not have done it with out you and the Affinity team.....

Im new to the industry, and used Champion RE school 1st for prep and 20 hr class, and made a 66 on my first exam.the material was like reading a dictionary or law book which taught me a lot however, I quickly realized there was a large chunk of incorrect material and not very user friendly.
