I am a current real estate investor full time and also a real estate broker. I took the 20 hour class in january 2017 in a weekend class and then the cram class 1 week later and the scheduled my test . and I passed with a 81 % alot of studing but i passed . Artricia is awesome! I'm 23 and I've never done mortgage lending at all. I'm completely new to the industry. She had all information to pass the test. I definitely recommend this 20 hour pre-license and the crash course. You won't regret doing it with her, my money was well spent.

Took the test this morning and passed with an 83%! Affinity and Artricia gave me all the tools necessary to pass. Believe me, as tedious repetition is all I heard while taking the test was ECOA is Regulation B, TILA the GodZilla, and so on! I definitely recommend the class and crash course and will be recommending Affinity to all who ask me and want to take and pass their NMLS State Exam! Thank you!
Highly recommended this school, Artricia is one of the best trainers for the NMLS classes, The way she teaches the classes are fun and easy to understand, I love the TILA godZila, I will never forget regulation Z. Thanks so much for your help I pass the test with a good score 85%. Do not waste your money and time getting other courses that are complicate, disorganized, hard to understand and even worst, don't help to pass the test.
I took your crash course for the NMLS this past Friday. I took the exam this morning and passed with an 87%. I attribute my results 100% to what I learned Friday, the workbook and the flash cards.
I took Affinity's NMLS crash course with Artricia on a Thursday and passed my test the next Tuesday. She was very direct and a great instructor. We didn't get off track on a bunch of rabbit trails. The book that she passed out was AWESOME! It had a ton of information. Don't get me wrong. I had been studying for several weeks prior to taking her class.
