Woo Hoo!!! Still shaking but thrilled to pass the first attempt. So grateful for Artricia's course ... it made studying so much more effective. 😄
I have been in this business for 14yrs, and unfortunately I did not get grandfathered in on the NMLS, so after failing once on the test (w/o studying)...I decided on this course...its one of the best courses I have taken, though I have not taken the test over (2 more days), I wanted to let people know that this class provides more than enough to get you the 75% or better to pass. I took Artricia's MLO course and it was the best decision I could've made. She is really knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. She kept us focused on useful, pertinent information and explains the "why" behind rules and regulations so you can better understand. After hearing many horror stories about other online courses I am glad I chose Affinity. I passed my test on the 1st try with a 91%! I took the NMLS training course with Artricia at the end of November 2017 and passed the exam with a 87%! I highly recommend purchasing the flash cards and Test Prep Study Guide.
