Easy to understand teach exactly what’s need it .
Just passed the NMLS today with an 84%!!! I took the test once before, with only a week of studying, and failed the test with a 62%. After realizing what I was studying didn’t reflect the actual NMLS test questions a friend recommended Affinity’s videos and tests. Great material. the exam preparation help a lot. if your not scoring 90% and above on her exam preps than you are not ready. but if you are than is time to take the test. pass the test on the first try. I took her class last year and exam preparation last year but I never had time to study. I took her exam preparation course in April 2018 but again didn't have time to study. The thoroughness of the questions.
I took a online 20-hour course and left knowing hardly anything. I felt defeated and upset that I had wasted my money on the course. I was on YouTube trying to find information that could help me pass and found Ms. Wood's videos. I took the Affinity Mortgage Cram Course and passed my test on the 1st try! Thank you so much for breaking this information down! You have a lifetime customer!
