Atricia is a God send in this industry! Her training on what’s important as well as her unique gift in the ability to help her students really RETAIN the information. I found her on YouTube and signed up for her crash course ( I have no experience in the lending industry) I scored a 90 % first time ! I encourage anybody that is looking to pass the NMLS test to take Artricia Wood's live crash course. I am not in the loan business so this was very foreign language to me. I took Artricia Woods course and studied her practice tests and her additional study material and went through her cram course material. Atricia is good at what she does. I took my 20 hrs on Feb 10 & 11, followed up with her crash course, scheduled my exam and passed on March 7th. Less than 30 days! It's not an easy test as she says!
Loved it. It was to her material I was able to really understand the WHY of many laws and their interconnection. Please, if you feel like you are not prepared enough, buy her course. The feeling that you have when taking the exam is a very empowered one, because you know the material well. She provides with 10 practice test that are much harder than the real exam. If you pass those exams, not memorizing the answers, but knowing why you chose the answer you will do great in the actual exam.
The training and on line crash course really helped! I passed on my first attempt! Thank you! I would recommend anyone looking to take their NMLS test to take this class!
