Today I passed the NMLS SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test on my first try! I received my education elsewhere, but after realizing how unprepared I was after completing my course, I found Affinity Real Estate & Mortgage Academy on YouTube. I am 100% convinced that those videos is what gave me my win today. If I had to it over again knowing what I know now, I would have chosen Artricia and Affinity for my mortgage education.
I took the required 20 hours course almost a year ago when I realized I had to schedule a date. I failed to study through out the year and figured I’d try the test as it was required. I choose to purchase the cram and studied for 4 days ( really hard) The material was very user friendly and clear. I took the test today and past with an 82%. Not to bad considering. The material provided was excellent and easy to study with. Would definitely recommend.

This course helped me tremendously!!!!! if you are not sure about buying the course go check out her you tube videos and watch them for a few days and see how you feel. I stumbled upon her videos and loved her teaching method. So I bought the course I spent about 1 month studying prior to that I had taken 20 hr course studied for a month and took the test and failed with a 72%. took my test this past Friday and passed with an 83%. I am so glad i bought it!

Artricia and the family make the learning experience fun and they do a very thorough job going over the material in way you will remember it. With their training I was able to pass my NMLS test the 1st time. Keep it up you guys.

I loved the You-Tube videos that I accidentally ran across. Everything explained in simple terms. Great tips. I only purchased the flash cards yesterday with the Powerpoint presentations watch them over and over. Practiced the PDF version and took the 2 practice tests. I passed the first time at 88%. Wish I would've had time to take the Online Exam Class but ran out of time.and found your online class to close to test date. Without your materials I could not have passed at 88%. Thank you!
