AMAZING, by far the best class. So grateful that I found the class. I passed my exam. I previously took a class, but it was nothing compared to this class. Artricia Woods has such an amazing system and is such a great teacher. I took the NMLS test today and passed with a score of 84 Artricia is advice was very helpful I took there practice test and used there flash cards Defiantly recommend Affinity

I had been out of the business for five years. I was offered a phenomenal job opportunity and the employer who wanted to hire me suggested that I attend Affinity. I am glad that I did as it helped me learn all of the federal changes that had occurred while I was out of the industry. It was also a good refresher course for me. I passed the NMLS Test and I'm sooooo excited. Thank you God and Affinity Real Estate Group for showing me how to become an NMLO and also how to pass the test. This group is the BEST. They keep it real and explain the program VERY WELL. You WILL PASS if you apply the steps. They give you soooooooo many study tools to use. Don't sleep on this class. You should take it.

I am not the one to just believe other reviews, But after taking this class and passing the Test! this is the real deal I just wanted to say thank you SOOOOO much for your help passing the NMLS test. There is NO way anyone could just pass the test. You helped me study in all the right categories. I passed the test with an 80%.
