I use AFC in Alabaster, AL, so when I needed help on vacation, I went to the Sevierville AFC. They saw me within 10 mins. & I came out with a prescription and feeling like I was on my way to recovery. Very nice people and very nice, personable doctor.
Dr. Horton was great with my son. He had a toothache and she was so sweet and made him comfortable by telling jokes and having fun with him. The front desk was SO kind and the nurse was so good with my son. The whole staff was amazing, kind, and so accommodating. It doesn't have the standard clinic, sterile, stern environment. It's a very warm, welcoming location and I'll definitely keep going and sending my friends and family to AFC in Sevierville!
I just have to say that AFC has some of the most caring staff of any in the area. They close at 8pm but they didn't treat us different at all when we arrived at 7:45. This wasn't a sick visit, it required x-rays, and an exam. Dr. Yount and Nurse Amy stayed until long after closing to examine, x-ray, adjust and show my daughter how to use crutches for her injury . I went here today and was very pleased. They were very quick and precise. I did not have to wait very long. They were friendly and efficient.

Front desk lady-awesome... Nurses-awesome... Doctor-awesome... This is a quality Urgent Care establishment. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you AFC Sevierville for getting me in quickly, treating me quickly, and helping me feel better quickly!
