Are y@#$_$# kidding me ? You are the absolute worst office, we made appointments for 8am for covid test , you were late opening, told us to go online and waste 30 minutes filling out forms , rescheduling, and more waiting outside,and then have the nerve to say you don't take swab tests until 11 am , WTF !!!! IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! WE HAVE TO GO TO WORK BY 9 AM , WHY DIDN'T THAT LITTLE TWIT WORKING THE WINDOW TELL US THAT WHEN WE WALKED IN FIRST THING. YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE WORST POSSIBLE REVIEW ON EVERY POSSIBLE SITE ,

I had to come twice to get my Covid immunizations. I would have left a very favorable review except for the following. Your receptionist has not once made eye contact with me. Never one smiled. Never once really interacted except to hand me a clipboard. This is just a pet peeve of mine. You pay this woman to receive. Reception is her job. That is what she does. Come on! American family care gives wrong corvid test to get on a plane. They say I should of known. I asked them to tell me. They looked it up on line. They gave fault Information. I had to get another test. So went to another provider. They knew which test to give. They even asked me if I had asked for a refund. Which I have been trying to get for the last month. They are wrong in the services they provide. Never recommending them to anyone. Be careful if you go there. They say I'm responsible to know. I won't of asked if I knew.

I went in for a rapid covid test. I was 4 minutes late. This meant I waited 50 minutes and exposed everyone around me while I waited. Don’t go here.

Totally incompetent. Taking temperature by MOUTH in a PANDEMIC or you will be REFUSED at the door. AFC urgent care bound brook not the way to go.

I am not someone who normally leaves reviews, but in this case I truly felt the need to share my negative experience. Back in December I visited AFC Urgent Care Vernon with an extremely painful ingrown toenail that had become infected. It was a weekend or I would have tried to go to a podiatrist.
