I drove from Gatlinburg to this urgent care, because of the great reviews. It was all true! Staff was considerate and kind. The doctor was wonderful! They even called to check on me 3 days later. My PCP doesn't even do that! If I lived here I would always use this clinic!
When I visit Pigeon Forge again I will diffinitely will go back to this place if a doctors visit is needed. The staff were super nice and the doctor made me feel like family.
The staff was friendly & great. Dr. Yount was patient and wanted to make certain all my concerns were answered. He was AWESOME! Thank you for making my Urgent Care visit while on vacation a great experience.
I highly recommend this place! Dr. Yount and staff are very nice, really seemed to care and paid attention to detail. I was even able to get an x-ray there too without having to go somewhere else. Most importantly, they take lots of insurance plans, including BlueCare. That is difficult to find now days for a good, reputable place like this.
