Came in a couple of days ago to see a medical physician about my medication The young at the window was so polite respectful and friendly as well(April) Once my name was called to come to the back another young (Stephanie) was so respectful and helpful I have been to a few of these places in the past and by far this my favorite one Keep up the good work ladies
I saw Emily Ingram, CRNP. and she is wonderful! She found my cancer and I am so thankful for her! So thankful to have provider in an urgent care that will actually listen to you and work you up. Forever grateful for her
Waited for almost two hours and in that time frame, they saw two patients.
If I could give 0 stars I would,came into office for xray,gave a blank djsc.spoke to Noel and her professional response was, well that sucks. Definitely do not go to this flim flam, go to the hospital.

Have been to the AFC Calera several times for COVID testing and they are efficient and everyone very nice. Would highly recommend!
urgent care told me they could not remove a sebaceous cyst on mid upper back.the initial PA said it was not ready and prescribed an antibiotic and to come back in 2 days either the cyst would get smaller or get larger-wrong . it stayed the same,2 days later the 2nd PA tells me he cannot remove the cyst because it will come back ant to see a dermatologist,2 years ago my pcp removed a cyston my left side upper back and it never came back,they were both PA s and were not qualified to lance a cyst so they lied to justify chargin... read more

This is probably the worst encounter I have had with any Physician Assistant or other medical professional. After briefly taking in my history (regarding on and off back pain) and did a 30 second exam, the “doctor” proclaimed I had Ankylosing Spondylitis.
