they don't take certain insurance there's no urgent care or after hours clinic that takes certain kind of insurance so that leaves you going to the ER
Very nice and clean place and staff were so good to me .
I was visiting pigeon Forge and came down with a sinus infection and this was by far the best urgent care I have ever been to. I felt very lucky to have found it , being I was so far from home and on vacation. The NP was so caring and helpful and I felt better the next day and was able to enjoy my time there.😌
Very highly recommend AFC Urgent Care. Have had to come here twice since November 1st when we got here for the winter. Very clean, very efficient, very respectful staff and Drs. will always go here.

We were walk in patients today. We got in extremely fast, the staff was super helpful with all my questions and made us feel welcome. They diagnosed my 7.5 month olds double ear infection and got us in and out within 45 minutes. Highly recommend!
