So much for taking care of Veterans. Plan on paying up front if you plan to be seen because they’re claiming they’re having issues with accepting VA or TriCare Insurance. This isn’t something that has recently been happening either, it has been going on for far too long with all urgent care facilities.
RecommendedThe staff at AFC were friendly and professional. They even helped me keep my injury safe, after a ortho referral went south, until I could find another ortho. Definitely recommend.

Billing department can’t process claims. Office manager never called me back.
Rude, unprofessional front staff. Make you download an app to give all info and then make you fill out the same paperwork when you arrive.

I think they are friendly people they are always friendly to me all the time but that's my prospective of it lol me & my husband go their a lot and they are always friendly to us 😁😃😃👍👍

Terrible Staff More interested in Taking COVID-19 Test Than Taking Care of People SAD !!!! Should Definitely 💯 Take Care if Sick people First!!! And Testing Last . Especially local people 😊 The place was FULL!! Of Tourist Just wanting a Rapid Test 😡 They Need To Do That !! In Their Home Town !!!

I have been coming here for years and recommending AFC to all my friends. But I guess that is going to stop. I took my daughter to AFC the other night to be seen for a ear ache and they way I was talked to by a staff was uncalled for. I am extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled. Not just for me and my daughter ( who was not even signed in after an hr) but the other people that left.

Awesome staff at the Sevierville location. Each staff member was eager to help. From the front desk lady who was super sweet to the xray tech, and the nurse practitioner and the Dr himself. It is much appreciated to feel listened to and cared for. Thanks
Went today and it was an easy in and out . Very friendly professional staff. Will definitely use them again
