AC went down Thursday night and Bob was here first thing Friday. He explained what all was broken and he had Jason contact me within hours. Jason got me a quote again within hours for a new unit. Not happy that we have to wait a week for the installation but I understand it is summertime.
Curt S was very pleasant and helpful with telling me what to do if the furnace ever get water in it again. Aero was very quick to have someone come out and look at my furnace when I called an said my basement flooded. thank you so much
So i got my bill a couple of days before it^s due, not happy with that @ all. My bill was almost $37.00 more,so I called and ask Ashley explained everything, why doesn^t Aero explain thing better, so your bill is not so high. I^m on my own and a budget is a budget. I told her that I was gonna look around for someone else, still not to happy about the bill, last year it was $83.00 now $108.00. I was looking for the same as last year but she said so couldn^t do that...
Chris and Luis came out for a repair today, excellent service, professional and friendly.
We had the salesman Jason Trish out three weeks ago to provide an estimate for a replacement oil burner. Upon leaving that day he told me I would have the estimate by the following Monday. When a week passed and I had not heard anything, I emailed him asking when I could expect it. The response I received said he would attempt to get it to me the next day, that he was swamped with No AC issues. Nothing came the following day. Fine, I understand it’s summer so AC comes first. We have used Aero Energy for our propane service for 12 years. They have always been easy to contact and really showed their competence this week. Our AC went out on a 90 degree Sunday evening. A service man was here Monday and got things going temporarily. Wed. morning at 8 a.m. sharp Tom L. and his partner arrived with our new unit. They were very professional, cleaned up and were careful with the plants outside near the new unit. I would recommend Aero Energy and Tom L. to anyone needing good service.
The people that actually visit your home are great people. The people that you have to talk to on the phone regarding ANY issue are so nasty. I have never ever had any company talk to me the way these people do. Ask them for information and you're lucky if you get it. Be late just ONE day on your bill and the calls just pour in all hours of the day. I wish my community could get out of this awful contract with them. The consensus is the same with all the people in this community.
Technician Chris did an excellent job. Efficient. He explained everything he had completed on my furnace. Did not leave the area dirty. Thank You.
