RecommendedTom did an excellent job removing a VERY old basement oil tank and installing a new outdoor. Definitely went over and above with being thoughtful - dug up a plant that was in the way so I could move it to a new space, put down mats and wiped down door handles after finishing. I'm so glad I went with Aero!

Didn’t deliver propane on time so without heat or hot water. Was told it out for delivery. Have been on hold with their 24/7 support, over two hours and no one picking up.

Aero Energy has left my mother who is undergoing chemo therapy with no heat for now three days and over a miscommunication on their part and continues to try to milk money out of her to get the heat turned back on. We were promised a delivery yesterday and got nothing now we have oil and they conveniently left out the part that someone would need to come reset the furnace and bleed the lines they let run dry when we originally talked to them. Don S. Was very timely, courteous, polite and professional fixing the leak in our heating system. He was very thorough and followed thru to make sure no other issues arose. I will ask for Don if we need service from Aero again!
