Donald and the young apprentice performed a yearly tune-up that comes with our maintenance plan. I told them about the past service and my concerns that day. They listened patiently, set about their work, and followed up on their concerns. Was the system venting properly? Don climbed to the top of the chimney, considered the home's stone foundation, and ran a safety check. All was a OK. I was given a printed copy of the service performed. The technician, Chris, that came out on a very cold morning was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue with our furnace quickly, professionally, and with great customer service

Grateful for the fast service of Don who came out to our house when heating propane gas was leaking into our house from the outside buried tank. He quickly determined that the driver who delivered propane earlier in the day damaged a part causing the gas to leak out into the air and get sucked into my home. Now we have to call Aero and have them determine how much gas we lost....
Andrew was very helpful in dealing with an unexpected emergency discovered when our propane was delivered. He called to let me know when to expect him, explained carefully what was necessary, handled relighting all our pilot lights and even made sure that I knew what propane smelled like!
