I've had Aero for residential heating oil for 3 years. Service has been timely during that period, and I take advantage of their Fall tune-up sale, every other year. I was on a fixed price contract for 2 years, which worked out well. Now that the company is on Facebook, it is even easier to contact them when I need delivery or service, and they were extremely helpful when I inquired about having a low fuel level, today. Thank you!
We got several quotes for AC install from local HVAC companies. Aero had best price by a large margin. Sales representative Keith was amazing and always available to explain and answer my endless questions. Yesterday and today we just had two great guys (Tom and Andrew) come and remove and replace our oil tank and remove and install a new central AC system. They were so professional and helpful. Just put my Worry Free Service plan in action today. Woke up and found my furnace wasn't working. Called up support and they sent a technician out. He was very friendly and professional. My furnace is now up and running. Great experience!
