We have been a customer of Aero energy for 40 years, and I'm wondering why it took me so long to move from this company. It was bad enough when our furnace was not installed correctly, and another company had to come in and fix their mistake. Now I discover that they are charging over a dollar more a gallon for fuel oil than anyone else in the area, and my friend paid two dollars a gallon more, since he had locked in his rate. They get it right ! Aero Energy has made me forget the bad taste I had from my former supplier. They answer the phone, answer your questions, and follow through when they say they will. Larger companies could learn from them when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE !
Customer since 2003. Automatic delivery never came for heating oil in December 2015. Ran out of oil last night. Oil was delivered after a 3 hour wait. Still waiting for a technician to arrive to prime and restart system caused by running out. Not a happy customer.
I live in Pittsville Maryland and I needed fuel really bad Salisbury Aero let it get down to 5%. Cambridge area definitely looked out for my 4 children and I they sent someone out in the snow and it was 7 pm when they did this. Thanks to the two gentlemen out of Cambridge that took care of us. I am giving 5 stars to Cambridge area. Sorry Salisbury area your only getting 2 stars because last year you did the same thing to us in this bad weather and we couldn't even stay in our own home because we didn't have heat and you woul... read more
