Just had our annual burner service by Will of Aero - they've been our oil/burner company since buying out Arentz several years back. Will did a great job servicing our system - clean worker, polite, knowledgeable. Aero has been a fair and dependable company, in prompt delivery, servicing our equipment and in handling our account.
We have been with Aero Energy since we moved to Easton, MD in 2003 (when it was Wise Oil in Cambridge). We have always been pleased with its services, both the technicians and the office staff.
I buy propane and oil from Aero. They've always been courteous and professional. I would recommend them.
Only doing 1 star because I can't do negative. They took our $500 deposit 6 weeks ago and refuse to deliver tanks to our new home. I have reported them to the BBB and tomorrow Oct 6, 2015 I will be contacting the Maryland states attorney. Please stay far away from these con artists. By Friday Oct 9, 2015 I will be contacting my lawyer Chris Norman and both my local Councilman Joe Woods and State Senator Wayne Norman. I would not recommend Aero to anyone! Had a situation where we thought there was a leak, Aero came out walked thru the house for 5 minutes and luckily found nothing. But 2 weeks later they send a bill for $80!!!!!! Didn't let us know that they would charge us before they even came out. I called to try and at least get the fee reduced, the credit dept. wouldn't even budge. Shame on you!!!
Horrible customer service! Worst company I have ever dealt with.
