I just read some pretty negative reviews. Our experience has been ONLY positive. This review applies to senior management (who helped us out in a 'crisis'), sales, and even drivers. I can't speak with any first hand knowledge on equipment or repair issues, but when it comes to propane delivery, they are the best!!!
If I could give fewer stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable service. If you are thinking of hiring them for anything, run. Installation estimate for heat pump is nearly $10,000 and is worth every penny.
Service is horrible. Landlord got a quote to install new tanks and get a price set. I am being charged more than he was quoted. Tanks were on order for 2 weeks and got set 10/20. You would think that since tanks were ordered and we were already forced to make a payment on our billing plan we wouldve been on the schedule for the next day. If we don't get delivery today they can come get these tanks tomorrow. I have a 1yr old and no heat is a big problem.
Horrible Service. They charge high rates because they can in communities where they provide because they have no competition
I have nothing but praise for Aero, the service I have received here in Middletown,PA is great; and the budget plan with locked in pricing really makes it easy to budget especially during the winter. Keep up the great work.
