I've been calling for two years telling them about a tree growing through the power lines. Now that tree has been pushed over by the wind it isn't down yet but lines are the only thing holding that tree up. It's on West side of the 2000 block of Toben in Corpus Christi.

Power is always going off.
Ridiculous! This is the second time we have had to deal with an outage in the last few months. Once you get past the automated system and were able to speak to a live person, was told it was an invalid meter number! Was looking at the meter and it clearly said AEP on the meter. Finally convinced someone this meter existed then they gave outage ticket to the wrong crew. Still without power over 24 hours later!!! This is for a meter at a ranch were we have our work crew. Aep-making Corpus a third world country with its power outages.
Power out for 7.5 hours now and they don't answer their phones and their website to report outages and login to get updates is now down to with some error when it trys to load. Ridiculous considering what they are paid as service provider regardless of who your billing provider is.
