Useless company. We have constant power outages that last 4+ hours. Get your shit together.
They are such liers. They have been giving me the run around. It's been 2 weeks they can't even fix my light. Today I called and said it can take up to another 10days. JUST FOR A GUARD LIGHT...
Had to compliment AEP for going above and beyond their job description. Had an issue with a phone line down across my property and could not get the phone company to do their job. Had been trying to get the phone company to fix the problem since Thursday night and Saturday still no one would help. Was told to call the electric company so I did. AEP responded within the hour. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN THEIR LINES AND WAIT UNTIL PEOPLE ARE WITHOUT POWER, AND IT SURE DOESN'T MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THEM IF PEOPLE ARE LEFT WITHOUT POWER EVEN WHEN IT'S 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THEY ARE PATHETIC.
