Why is it that we lost power at 2:30 in the afternoon on Friday before the storm even hit? Cant even blame it on Harvey.
We have been out of power in Flour bluff off of Flour bluff dr & Purdue in Blue Grass estate 37 houses no power going on 2 days
Been without power for 2 days going on 3 come 1330 tomorrow. Haven't seen hide nor hair of any AEP crew in the Bluff and probably won't for weeks. But I bet they'll want that bill paid ASAP.
I understand that alot of people are out of power but this is getting ridiculous. I lost power Friday evening. And according to AEP updates I won't get anything until Wednesday!? Today I saw an AEP truck near our home in the 78405 area. Power came up and was up for 10 minutes before going back down. No one has come back to look at it. What the hell?
Waiting since yesterday morning without electricity for my paralyzed hubby's special hospital bed that supports his recent hip and knee fractures. While checking in periodically I was told each time AEP was "evaluating the problem" and that we would be called when there was an update. Now 34 hours later I look on their website outage update map to find that we will have service by SEPTEMBER 2, 2017! So much for the call they promised.
