I made a service call this 1:30 pm and her we are 11:00pm NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!! Called Numerous times and been given different times at somebody would show up. No one ever did still waiting. Very very upset customer
Get rid of the Mandatory $37.50 charge the $7.00 charge and the $12.00 charge wether I use 1KW or 500KW Nothing but a scam and how yall get away with it I don't know

they cause damage everytime they are out...currently just wrecked a large section of fence today 5/30/19...I have never had luck with them returning my calls or repairing the damages...

Poor customer service- they are the owners of the electrical grid and cannot or will not give you times on when your power will be back on - it is cold outside and people are without power. At least when it is hot you can go outside and cool off - hard to warm up when it is in the 40's. They have gone to this wireless/remote monitoring system and it does not tell what is out or where? confusing because the other smaller companies can pinpoint what it out, where and when it will be back on better than a National company.
