I do not like this company due to the fact that my family and I have been calling them about this Pecan tree that has fallen through my neighbors fence , that is wrapped in power lines, my house and our neighbors house is still without power because of this Damn tree while the rest of the block has been restored! I have thrown out $100's of dollars in groceries that have spoiled because of my refrigerator having no power, it will be a week come Saturday! I lost my power Friday late afternoon. Before any of my friends or familys power went out. Everybody has theirs back. I have noticed aep is concentrating its efforts on the upper income neighborhoods.
