3 days and counting with no power. Had to drop a couple hundred dollars to get an over priced hotel room, just for the ac so we could get some decent sleep and cook food for my family in a toaster oven. I realize there are thousands of people without power but we are exhausted from the lack of sleep. Getting ridiculous.
I need light and not till weds I'm getting frustrated and why is it when their is a major black out.Aep works on the south side first the good neighborhoods of corpus and we all pay taxes as well
The old CSW and CPL would have many more crews working on outages. I suspect the Flour Bluff is a quick fix where I am in the Martha's Vineyard.

I live right across the street from where AEP has staged their trucks and equipment. These brave, dedicated individuals are working non stop to return power to Victoria. Though U am presently without power, I know they are doing their absolutely best to get the city if Victoria, Texas back on track. THANK YOU AEP TEXAS for all you do.
Ya know, had doubts about AEP to be honest. But in the aftermath of #Harvey Y'ALL have really stepped up. Thank you to every single person as well as AEP in general for getting N. Padre Island back on the grid. When I saw those white trucks i felt almost as though y'all were the cavalry- thanks for y'alls boots on ground and buckets in the air.
