Rob is a real pro. I bought a pristine pair of Neat SX3s at a very fair price. They arrived in the States in less than a week! Sadly, proper hifi shops like these are becoming an endangered species across the pond. The good people of NW England are lucky to have this place. Thank you Rob!
First of all can I say don't be put off by hi end prices walk through the door and not only will you get a warm, friendly welcome and a coffee but a range of equipment that suits all pockets. Friendly and helpful staff who are very knowledgeable on all things Hi-fi. Rob is a Linn and Naim dealership but good range of other brands also. I've been buying Hi Fi products from Rob shop for many years now and he is very reliable and provides excellent service. Recently upgraded my system and I'm extremely happy with the resulting setup. Rob and his team provide an A1 exceptional service - and are always a joy to deal with. They are all clearly experts in their field and provide sound advice in a friendly and warm manner - I cannot recommend them enough. I recently took my Amp in with a minor problem - the matter was sorted quickly and efficiently, as always - including the offer of a loanamp replacment whilst it was sorted. The best hifi shop in the North West, bar none!!!
Excellent knowledge from the chaps here, they have looked after me and my hi-fi journey for the last 20 years, if you need help on your hi-fi journey look no further, highly recommended.
