If I could this would be rated 0 stars. The entry fees are absolutely ATROCIOUS along with the food portions. Staff always seem unhappy and really lack communication skills. If there was another cheaper option for a soft play in Cumbernauld this place would be non existent. Honestly I really disapprove of the way they handle complaints, I brung in ballon’s for my daughter’s birthday and she was truly really excited for her friend to see them. Far too expensive and a bit of a con that you have to pay for adults. a bit dirty and no soap in the toilets. I wish it would give local people a discount !
Great place and my twin boys love every minute of they’re time here which gives me some chill time with a cuppa …can’t fault the cleanliness of the place either they’re staff are on it all the time…..just wish they’d build one nearer Glasgow city centre
This place is a SCAM for local people!! They know it is the only soft play in Cumbernauld and they abuse the prices. The price for 2 children-only the enter is £33 plus they charge for each adult 1.50£ which is unreal. If you choose to eat their food that is the worst I have ever seen and overpriced the total fun for for two hours will cost around £80. Don’t get fooled by those greedy people. With this value of money, you can do so Much more on better places.
