Rude people at the front. Would hate to end up here ever. The volunteers in charge of guarding the main entrance need lessons in basic human decency. I didn't catch her name, she was an older white lady but at about 9 am she was on a power trip and really shouldn't be customer facing.
Extremely happy with my experience at Shady Grove. The nurses truly made my Labor and Delivery experience wonderful!!
