Dr. Kilbane and his assistant were AMAZING! All of the other staff was excellent as well! We were very impressed by the quality of service given to our chameleon Dippy. They were kind, and understanding of our commute from Owensboro. They squeezed us right in and gave us what we needed to care for Dippy in the days ahead. We look forward to giving you all our business again with our other exotics! We appreciate your kindness, patience, and knowledge!
I have four spoiled house rabbits who are my fur babies. My lionhead mix, Ebony, is prone to GI stasis, which is serious if not treated promptly. I live in Vincennes and my regular vet was on vacation but her office referred me to Advent and Dr. Kilbane. I called as soon as they opened and although they did not have any appointments available, they asked if I could drop Ebony off and they would work her in. My husband and I recently brought our dog Daisy here for a second opinion. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for We can’t say enough about how Dr Kilbane and his staff treated us. We recently had an appointment with Dr. Ramos. Penelope our golden doodle visit went so well. You can tell that Dr. Ramos really love animals. She was very good with Penelope. We feel like we left very informed. I will tell anyone that it is worth the drive from Madisonville Ky.
