We loves Dr. Kilbane but after being told today that we are "not their client" I would never do business there again. It's unfortunate they have such rude and uncaring people who answer their phones
I cannot rave enough about how amazing this veterinary office is! I have two dogs and have had wonderful experiences with all three of the doctors! They take their time with any concerns and thoroughly answer all of your questions. I have had to come in with an emergency on a weekend and they worked me right in. Today I was in with my new puppy and had so many questions and Dr. Turpen came out to the car and answered all of my questions and then some! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kilbane and the staff. They took such good care of my Russian Tortoise. And on my first visit even help my jump my car ( I left the lights on while waiting). Dr. Kilbane always calls for follow up and to make sure all is well. Highly recommend this wonderful Doctor. They go above and beyond.
