Buyer beware. Only thing I regret about being a first time homeowner. Never welcomed me to the neighborhood. Waited 6 months to reach out to me and stuck me with paying something like a $500 bill or they would Lien my house, such a great first impression. Despite that it's all been downhill since then. You have to send many emails just to get a response to a question (sentry just try to act like that isn't true, I'll blow this up with all the receipts I have). The Sentry Team and the Association Board have been addressing this situation involving a rental property since Ms. ***** email complaints last year. The tenant, while maybe uncooperative, has rights under the law. The owner has attempted several times to amicably remove tenant with no success. Pipes are bad in this neighborhood. They had somebody come to my home to look at water coming up from my driveway. I have a video of the company saying it's their fault to fix & waited 2 years + to get approved to fix and now they're trying to flip it and say we have to fix it when it's Their responsibility. Anthony ***** is not a listed homeowner of a Sentry managed association. After some research we did find that he is the son of a homeowner, Ms. ********. While we are concerned with Ms. ********'s current challenge with the utility company, neither Sentry or the Association have any control or authority in this situation. Ms. ********'s Sentry Team has attempted to assist, but the actions of another company is completely out of their hands. While we are sympathetic, Mr. *****'s complaint is unfounded.
Absolutely horrible. The worst, most greedy, management company. Buyer beware. They will hit you with as many fees as they can possibly conjure up. Also, you will get the absolute minimum service they can possibly legally provide. Good luck challenging them, they're lawyers are ready and waiting. You have been warned.

My Mom passed away February 24, 2020. Exactly 1 week after, I was contacted by Management to have her car removed from the property. Her car is insured and registered. They said that I have 4 days to remove my deceased Mother's vehicle from the property. This is illegal. I requested 30 days only to be denied. This is not the way to "Work" with people. I see very little "Integrity" with this. I hope when I forward this information to the local News Agencies they will shine a Spotlight on this "Unethical" treatment.

Sentry Management for Uplands In Baltimore Maryland. Is the absolute worst company ever. The have put and intent to lien on my home. I have not received a bill or statement since March 2019. I have asked several times for Jeffery Smith to send a bill or a copy of the bylaws. No statement or bill has been sent, but Sentry can send a bill in November 12, 2019 requesting 804.65 and state they are going to add 185.00 on for lawyer fees. The reviewer failed to note the following important facts: · The homeowner, as well as the 177 other homeowners living in her community, received a payment coupon books for 2019 and 2020. Sentry Management is one of the worst HOA management companies ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They do not care about the community they are representing. My community has constantly been at crossroads with Sentry Management and the builder in charge. They have no regard for the wants of the community and regulate inconsistently. There is a lot of "selective enforcement" and it is ridiculous.
This company says that they have an A+ and are accredited by BBB. But on this site poses otherwise.
