Sentry Mgt in Stockbridge, GA has created a nightmare for the homeowners at The ********************, in Atlanta, GA 30354. It has been in total disregard of the covenants and bylaws of the subdivision and allowed a builder to illegally takeover the board and dominate all decision making in the community. This company is corrupt to the core. I am a disabled Veteran who bought a house in one of their communities back in November of 2019. This company has played an intricate part in harassing me since the very beginning. They have sent me countless violation letters without verifying the validity of the reported complaint that lead to several thousands of dollars in fraudulent fines and fees being assessed to my account. The worst. Listen to your friends, family, and enemies, and do not buy a home that is part of any HOA, but especially Sentry. I have had water coming in my house when it rains, and have been trying to get my siding and roof replaced (with my own money) for over 2 years, but the HOA has denied my requests, even though I am doing my best to have companies/contractors meet every specification that is required. They are unreasonably egregious and just evil!
Had email dealings with Richard ***** from Sentry Management however the speed of replies, content, tone is all rude and abrupt. As an owner where this company manage our community, is it too much to be civil? During these horrible times, there should be allowances and empathy at the least. I cannot recommend this company and do not understand the service awards when I see so many negative reviews.

Our community manager has not responded to our concerns regarding issues in our housing development that they are supposedly managing. When we did not get a response from him, my husband called the office in Tavares Florida and got the name of his supervisor and her email address thinking maybe we would finally get a response. After two emails, a call this morning, and after a fifteen minute wait, I was asked if I would like a callback about my issue. No callback, no response to my email. The net result was a double payment of my HOA dues to ************* in Ormond Beach. Today is the 3rd of May. I emailed Sentry on April 23rd to stop automatic payments. I see the average rating of 35 customers is just a "1". Hey folks, In case you haven't heard, Covid is over in Florida!

The worst company I've ever dealt with they don't handle anything. They send one initial sweet email telling how sorry they are about what you've had to go through for a year and a half. But then you never hear from them again fact.The company is designed so that no one can make contact with anybody except for the so-called manager who is responsible for your area so there's no accountability whatsoever the whole thing is a total joke. The only likes on their website is from their employees and their relatives fact.

Sentry Management along with Afroditi ********* receive the highest accolades I can Personally and Professionally give. I have used Sentry Management extensively in my 40 year Roofing career for both Condominium Management and HOA Management throughout this Great State of Florida during Hurricane Catastrophes, and also in Colorado during Hailstorm seasons, Georgia and a long time ago in NY. I wish I could rate Sentry Management in Northern Virginia as a 0, but 1 is the lowest grade allowed. Despite numerous calls and e-mails over 5 days time to Sentry, they have failed to confirm to me that they updated my vehicle and permit information with the towing company contracted by our community. The result is that I cannot even park in my own neighborhood without fear of being towed.
