Several residence are very concerned we have not received our income and expense reports for 2020. Our Declaration states we can receive these every month, but they refuse to disclose the reports. We did get our hands on 2 different reports for Oct, 2020. The calculations were not the same We know the numbers are fraudulent. Even $81,456.96 was plugged in as Misc Income on the year end balance sheet. Where is this money and why go to such extreme measures to keep the reports, invoices, etc from condo owners ? Sentry Management is really not holding up their end here in Ft Myer Fl. Our community is in need of much repair and has been this way going in two or more years. When the Property Manager from Sentry comes here once a week, ( not always) They have to see these things! Clubhouse doors that were ordered to be replaced a year or more ago, broken mailboxes and locks, Mulch that was ordered in October still not arrived, Bocce cover turning up and torn. I'm a homeowner at Villa Medeci Condos in Orlando Florida. This company was given receivership through the courts after the recession in 2008. They were put in place till the economy recovered. This community was beautiful and well kept before this company took over. Sentury Management you should be embarrassed!!!! The Club House Pool has had a fence around it for over 3 yrs now. If I could give a zero I would. I'm in the Atlanta North area where the total lack of return calls and follow up is a joke. I'm having a problem with rats and a neighbor who leaves trash on his patio for days. I'm not sure if the rat came through the wall in the a-joining condo or not, so I was seeking guidance on what to do. Didn't want to break any condo rules. Customer service is not valued in any way. Several emails, many phone calls with no response. Setting up account was horrible even with Sentry employee coming to my home. It would not work, several months of endless mistakes and over charges. Barb was worthless, maybe working from home does not work for her. Our HOA has made a terrible mistake. Be warned Stay away from Sentry Management. They are to big and could care less about our community.

Sentry Management, Inc. (Boise) is quite possibly the worst HOA management company I have ever dealt with. There is absolutely no communication or action taken when there are issues. They are grossly overpaid! We live in a small 55+ community and any concerns we have are ignored. Homeowners have had emergencies and it has taken hours for Sentry to respond. Sentry management company is the worst property management company. Constant fight to get anything done, management is terrible held up sale of my condo 10 days for no reason. Would not advise using for any reason. Had to even put HOA dues in escrow until repairs to stairs made.

This is the worst HOA and Board that anyone could possibly imagine. Board members have been on the board for more than 10+ years and conspire against many in the neighborhood. The board takes 6 months to post minutes of meetings and the meetings are usually incorrectly recorded as well do not capture much of the business conducted. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Their HOA is a joke. Nothing but a bunch of pathetic people on a power trip harassing hard working families and disabled veterans such as myself. They are horrible human beings. They make up fake "rules" and love to dish out fines for no reason.
