Just a terrible HOA management company. Failed to inform me of a HOA fee increase. Let the underpayment accumulate for a year with no notice sent. And then turned it over to a collection agency. This change from $237 to $255, just $18 per month, cost me over $2000 due to their malfeasance...I plan to sell the property & move on... Thanks a lot Sentry M B*****
this company are the worst either incompetent or racist company ever in Orlando FL. I placed an application for rental that requires background check. its been almost 30 days and still did not hear back from them, and every time we inquire they give us some BS excuse.

i applied for a mortgage on my condo over a month ago --Had to be fleeced by Sentry for 520.00 to furnish documents. They supplied about half of what i need for the FHA. They refuse to release basic docs like "a management agreement" between them and the HOA. I have to get a refund on the fleecing and get a lawyer. Need the money for medical reasons, so i guess a harm thru negligence lawsuit as well. Terrible company in all aspects. I was sent a warning letter last year about a tree stump that was not on my property. Sentury admitted that. I was then told to power wash my driveway. I was told again to power wash my driveway within less than a year later. Bad company.

Sentry Management works in conjunction with the Board of each Association to ensure community standards are maintained. Part of this process is to tour and review the properties. When a concern is noticed, a request for action is sent to the property owner's address. When an owner feels the notice was sent in error, a follow up visit to the property is conducted. I'm a black man and on 2 separate occasions I've experienced tenants contacting the Property Managers with false claims of me violating HOA policies. I wouldn't blame the Association for ignorant tenants but when they received the complaints they did not investigate them, instead they determined my guilt solely of the accusers words and evidence. We have long been disappointed on the service that we are getting from our property/ division manager Dana and now Wendy t****** Ocala division manager for the m****************************** . We are now being billed for an intent to file lein for $119 because Dana could not be reached for 2 weeks. We have attempted to call and email her 10-15x without any response during the time of her employment. She was replaced by Wendy T****** that is as difficult to reach. Dana, the Community Manager, when initially contacted by the reviewer's wife, did waive the all late fees and interest on the account and instructed the homeowner to immediately make their regular assessment amount. I am a resident at the Palisade located in Clermont Florida managed by Sentry Management. I made my quarterly payment online and to my surprise Sentry Management charged me twice. I called to inform them of the double charge and it went all downhill from there. Sentry Management has one of the WORST customer services I have ever dealt with. I am writing in reference to a 'Notice of Intent to File Lien' that I received on Tuesday 5.21.19. Within this letter it reads that I am currently delinquent and that the records reflect that I have an overdue balance. The problem outlined in this review has been corrected. We apologize for the frustration this has caused this homeowner. The Intent to Lien has been removed as well as the lien charge. Also, the late fees associated with the past payments have also been reversed. The assessment for this association is set up as an annual payment due on January 1 and considered late after January 30.
