Great service by both Dustin S*******, service technician, and Andrew M*****, plumber. Both were very polite and knowledgeable...answered all my questions and explained the work they performed on my humidifier and replacing a pipe on my hot water heater. Thank you both very much! I highly recommend (and I have) M.E. Flow if you need to replace your HVAC system!

I have been using M.E. Flow for my HVAC and plumbing needs for close to 25 years and I highly recommend them. Without fail, their technicians have been extremely competent as well as friendly and just plain nice people. Dustin in particular has been maintaining my HVAC system for a while now and he's top notch! Their schedulers and other "back in the office" folks are pleasant and understanding, and communication is always clear and transparent. Can't say enough good things about M.E. Flow!

We've used ME FLow for over 20 years and recommend them of HVAC repairs. Their techs are experienced, very professional and recommend work only when it is needed. The techs are long-term employees who work there for years. Just recently our thermostat went out and Truong was there to replace it the very same day! After several years of noticing deteriorating client service, I ended my relationship with them. The straw that broke the camel’s back happened recently related to an HVAC inspection that I prepaid for as part of a membership agreement. They gave me a 5 hour window for the service call and nobody showed up or gave me a call to let me know.
