Came out on a Saturday and had my problem fixed in 20 minutes. Get the service contract with them. It is to your advantage. They have been our hvac company for many years. Always knowledgeable techs and helpful office staff.

I was very pleased with my hot water heater service from M.E. Flow. From the gal who answered my call and listened patiently to my concerns, to the technician who came out to my home, and even the reminder call I received that my tech was on his way — Everyone was very nice and super professional. Had a recent install of a new HVAC system and we were impressed not only with the price, but with how quick and smooth the install was. We had an inspection on Monday, requested to meet with a salesperson who came the same day, and the install was done on Friday--and would have happened more quickly had the weather cooperated. Our salesperson (Pete) was extremely responsive and even managed to work in a few extra bells and whistles into our contract at no extra cost to us. Alex and Truong were exceptional and very professional to work with. We had a complicated problem with our attic furnace that I wasn’t able to fix myself, but Alex and Truong did a fantastic job to diagnose and correct the issue. They explained everything that they did, showed what the exact problems were, and applied the necessary solutions. This isn’t the first time we’ve used them and it definitely won’t be the last. Thomas B****** is the best. I will give him 5 stars plus. He explained everything perfectly so I can understand it. He explain his history with the industry . So I know ME Flow has a great employee knowledgeable of his craft. He explained everything what he was going to do and how it will it benefit the system we have. We have been working with ME Flow for many many years. ME Flow needs to check our history for number of years. We are happy with all aspects of the company.

02/09/2021 - Thomas B. performed our HVAC annual maintenance (heating) services yesterday, and he was very thorough and courteous. Today, he returned to install an Aprilaire humidifier. Not only did provide us with exceptional service, but he was very neat/clean installing the unit. Thomas was very professional, explained the procedures in detail, and was always COVID conscientious by wearing his facial and booties without being asked to do so. Thank you for your great service, Thomas!
