I want to commend Raul Pinto, with M E Flow, Alexandria, VA, for the excellent work he did diagnosing the leak in my wall, replacing the large section of the sewer pipe causing the leak, and replacing the broken valve on the main water line. He explained the problem and how it happened as well as doing the replacement work. I was impressed with his knowledge, efficiency, quality work, and professionalism. Jeanne H.

Our go-to plumber is Ulises D*** - if he ends up getting called away for an emergency job at the last minute, we end up rescheduling for another time when he is available. Ulises is friendly, punctual, professional, and highly skilled. He always takes the time to clearly explain everything that is happening with our plumbing, and this year during our inspection found quite a few issues that had been missed during last year's inspection by another plumber. We hope Ulises stays with the company for a long time!

I needed to have the valves for my washing machine replaced. Walter was very nice and showed me exactly what he was going to do and answered all of my questions before starting the work. My father, sister I have used M.E. Flow for several years and have been very happy with their service. I have used M.E. Flow for electrical and plumbing issues and have been very happy with their work.

Requested a price quote for some plumbing work. The communication between me, the technician and the home-office was excellent. The appointment was confirmed, the office called before the technician arrived and they accurate arrival time was given. Very enjoyable experience. The technician, Dan, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable!

M E Flow service has been consistently outstanding during the 20+ years I have used them, from installing heat pumps, hot water heater, and water filter to toilet and faucet repairs, including today’s visit for a repeatedly troublesome thermostat. I have a service contact and the speed of their response, with the courtesy of the office staff and efficiency of the technicians makes it a pleasure to deal with them.

I recently had a failure of my water heater. I contacted ME Flow and they were able to respond in a timely fashion. Alonso M. and Kevin R. arrived early (a major plus!), were courteous and knowledgeable. They worked diligently and completed the job to standard and in quick fashion. No complaints at all.
