Tech Thomas B****** arrived promptly for a routine cooling inspection. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He advised me of an upgrade available for the HVAC system, which I declined. I would highly recommend Thomas for any HVAC work and plan to use him and M.E. Flow again in the future.
Technician David, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Discussed problem he found and options to fix it and then fixed it. Will ask for him in the future

Additionally, he was able to quickly address an issue with the connections that will ensure our unit will remain properly operating at all times.
