M E Flow installed a new HVAC system and true to their word gave me a free Fall and Spring checkup. I didn’t have to haggle or contact them, I was automatically notified and upon contacting them they scheduled the appts. I have found them reliable and trustworthy, neat and clean. Pricing is very reasonable and they give you options. Their team of folks are personable, knowledgeable and nice —- especially a young man named Lincoln. Great business and I would highly recommend it.

Dustin cleaned my blower unit, replaced my capacitor, and installed an E-Z Trap Switch based on an inspection he did. He was very helpful in describing what was wrong with my HVAC. I have longed for a water safety shutoff for the AC and Dustin thoroughly explained its operation and easy to do maintenance. Moreover, Dustin was super kind to return on a Saturday after parts came in. That was especially meaningful because I am a teacher and cannot get off work because substitutes are so hard to find.
