I've had service contracts (HVAC & plumbing) with ME Flow for years. They're great. Most recently, Dustin serviced my HVAC and installed/set up a new thermostat, and now I can actually see the numbers! He explained how it worked and left me confident I can deal with the new electronics. Walter installed a new kitchen faucet and shower head, which are working great. We had multiple plumbing issues, minor to significant (worst: H2O supply pipe to toilet leak, pipes moaning when flushed, wax seal leak at base.) Experienced Technician Brian Horvath was on time, scoped out problems, developed effective solutions at a reasonable price, and did a superb, very professional job carrying them out-- despite the inevitable challenges of our 95 yr.old Old Town home. I will use the company again, and highly recommend the company.
