I’ll share my experience with this agency. So I moved into a (ex-council?) flat in St Johns Wood/ Marylebone managed by this agency in 2022/2023. I was an international student in London and I did not do any prior viewing of the flat as I was naive and desperate. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent property management — avoid at all costs! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with ADS Property Management has been consistently disappointing and traumatic from start to finish. I rented a room through ADS for over a year. I’ve rented with ADS Property for the past 1.5 years and the whole experience has been very smooth. The rental process is super convenient, and they’re always reliable and quick to respond to maintenance requests. A special shout-out to the property manager, Talita Tote, who has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve needed support. Highly recommend.
