I have never come across such incompetent, delusional people in my life. I never write reviews but boy this ‘company’ is the worst I have ever rented with. I have rented in London for over 7 years and I have never experienced such awful service and people. Every bad review you see is true on here please listen to these before you sign a tenancy agreement with them. Avoid this agency at all costs.
The Worst Agency Ever! BE CAREFUL Absolutely terrible service—if you need anything, they’re impossible to reach and unhelpful when they do respond. They make every excuse to avoid returning your deposit, just to hold onto your money. Truly the worst experience with an agency!

ADS Property Management is the worst agency I've ever dealt with. They rent out filthy, rundown rooms and don't fix anything—leaks, hob, electricity,door keys....you name it. Their staff is rude, dismissive, and treats tenants like garbage. They’ll gaslight you when you complain. If you want stress, frustration, and living in squalor, this is the agency for you. This was the condition of the house when i moved in
